Please check your course syllabi as soon as possible to determine if any of your courses require test proctors.

  1. If you will be residing more than 30 miles away from PG电子APP, you may need to find an off-site proctor to complete your exams. If so, please follow the instructions below.
  2. If you reside within 30 miles of the PG电子APP campus and your course exams require a proctor, the proctor for all Omaha vicinity students is the 测试中心 at PG电子APP.

Students residing more than 30 miles from PG电子APP and/or will 不 be testing on campus, 必须在线完成 Off-Site Test Proctor Request form. This form must be submitted to the 测试中心 by the end of the first week of classes. If you need to change proctors during the semester, submit the completed form allowing enough time for the information to be processed before your next exam date.

注意: ATI exams 可能不 be taken under the supervision of an off-site proctor. ATI exams must be taken in Omaha at the PG电子APP 测试中心, or per your instructors guidance.

To meet the proctor requirements, the following qualifications are needed:

  • 的代理人 must be an educator, 图书管理员, 管理员, staff member at a higher education testing center or other academic professional.
  • 的代理人 可能不 be an immediate supervisor, friend, co-worker or relative.
  • 的代理人 must have access to the Internet and his/her equipment must meet the requirements outlined in the 学生的成功 Guide.

  • 的代理人 must provide a secure professional email address such as a business, library or testing center email address (不 个人电邮地址).
  • 的代理人 must administer the test using a computer in a secure professional environment such as a business, library or testing center (不 a computer at a personal residence).
